*ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS PART OF OUR STORE CLOSING. WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.

To be eligible for an exchange the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be returned in new condition with tags still attached. 
  • Washed or used garments cannot be exchanged.
  • The item must not be damaged.

The customer has 14 days to qualify for an exchange from the date the item(s) were purchased.

If the above conditions are not met, Open Door Scrubs reserves the right to reject the request for an exchange.

  • In case of item return, customer will be responsible for paying cost of shipping.

Open Door Scrubs will notify the customer once their returned item(s) have been received. An email will send after inspection if the return was accepted or denied for an exchange.

No exchanges are permissible on sale items, accessories, or purchase of gift cards.

No refunds, only exchange within 14 days of purchasing. All mobile boutique sales are final.
